<div class="article" itemprop="articleBody">BRATISLAVA 25. júna (SITA) -  „Ukázalo sa, že sme mali pravdu a zonácia je nezákonná. S hanbou ju teraz TANAP sťahuje z procesu schvaľovania. Žiadame ministra Tomáša Tarabu a riaditeľa TANAPu Petra Olexu, jeho nominanta, aby sa občanom verejne ospravedlnili za nepodarenú zonáciu,“ uviedla iniciatíva. Doplnila, že tisícky vlastníkov, správcov a nájomcov pozemkov, 58 dotknutých obcí, 54 pozemkových spoločenstiev a iných vlastníkov lesa sa vyjadrovali k neúplnému, chaotickému a neodbornému dokumentu, ktorému chýbali zákonné náležitosti.<br />

Iniciatíva My sme les podala v máji podnet na prešetrenie na Krajskú prokuratúru v Prešove. V rámci podnetu žiadali zrušiť navrhovanú zonáciu TANAPu a nahradiť ju takou, ktorá bude v súlade so zákonom o ochrane prírody, teda bude obsahovať okrem projektu ochrany aj program starostlivosti. Problematický podľa My sme les nebol len chýbajúci program starostlivosti, ale celý návrh novej zonácie TANAP-u. Ten podľa iniciatívy zásadne znižuje úroveň ochrany nášho najstaršieho národného parku. Aktivisti v tejto súvislosti upozornili, že materiál vypracovaný Správou TANAP-u nielenže nezodpovedá zákonným požiadavkám, ale ignoruje aj rozhodnutie Európskeho súdneho dvora a nové míľniky Plánu obnovy. „Návrh nezaraďuje tisícky hektárov starých lesov a biotopov hlucháňa hôrneho do prísne chránenej zóny A, hoci to vyžaduje Plán obnovy a odolnosti,“ priblížili ochranári. Zároveň pripomenuli, že Európska komisia minulý týždeň formálne upozornila Slovensko, že po prehratom súdnom spore o ochranu hlucháňa hôrneho neprijalo potrebné opatrenia. V prípade nečinnosti hrozia Slovensku státisícové pokuty denne.<br />

Envirorezort pripravil návrh zonácie Tatranského národného parku v spolupráci so Správou TANAP-u po viac ako dvadsiatich rokoch. Projekt podľa ministerstva počíta so zväčšením výmery národného parku zo súčasných 73 800 hektárov na 74 075 hektárov. Takmer polovicu novej výmery, 34 777 hektárov, pritom majú tvoriť územia s najprísnejším, teda piatym stupňom ochrany.</div>
