<div class="article" itemprop="articleBody">BRATISLAVA 17. júna (SITA) –  Cena drevnej štiepky neustále podlieha dynamickým vplyvom trhu. Na vývoj cien vplýva nielen dopyt po biomase v teplárenstve, ale aj konkurencia s drevospracujúcim priemyslom, zmeny v ťažbe dreva a sprísňujúce sa požiadavky na udržateľnosť podľa európskej legislatívy. Úrad pre reguláciu sieťových odvetví (ÚRSO) sa aj preto v súčasnosti neodváži odhadnúť cenu drevnej štiepky na tento rok.<br />

„Predikcia cien drevnej štiepky na rok 2025 je náročná vzhľadom na viacero faktorov, medzi ktoré patrí dostupnosť suroviny, dopyt po biomase, legislatívne zmeny a podmienky na trhu s energiami. Kótované ceny drevnej štiepky na európskych komoditných burzách nie sú bežne dostupné, keďže obchodovanie s touto komoditou prebieha prevažne na regionálnej úrovni,“ uviedol predseda ÚRSO Jozef Holjenčík.<br />

Celkovo zostáva trh s drevnou štiepkou podľa neho nestabilný a citlivý na vonkajšie vplyvy. Historické údaje naznačujú výraznú volatilitu cien a presný vývoj bude závisieť od dostupnosti suroviny, nákladov na dopravu a dopytu počas vykurovacej sezóny.<br />

Od roku 2014 do 2021 sa priemerná cena drevnej štiepky pre výrobcov využívajúcich drevnú štiepku na výrobu elektriny, ktorú nadobudli nákupom od dodávateľa biomasy, pohybovala v rozpätí od 40 do 51 eur za tonu. Pričom najvýraznejší pokles zaznamenala v roku 2015. Po roku 2021 začala cena rásť a v roku 2023 dosiahla maximum 77,41 eura za tonu. V roku 2024 mierne klesla na 74,11 eura za tonu. Priemerná cena za roky 2023 a 2024 predstavovala 75,76 eura za tonu.<br />

Od roku 2019 je v platnosti novela zákona o podpore obnoviteľných zdrojov energie, ktorá presne definuje biomasu ako obnoviteľný zdroj energie, pričom tá musí pochádzať z energetických porastov alebo drevospracujúceho priemyslu. Cieľom tejto legislatívnej úpravy je zvýšenie transparentnosti pri využívaní biomasy na výrobu elektriny. „Drevná štiepka má strategický význam nielen pre priemysel, ale aj pre domácnosti využívajúce drevo na vykurovanie. Vzhľadom na jej význam je potrebné naďalej pristupovať k jej využívaniu citlivo a zodpovedne,“ konštatoval Holjenčík.</div>
